  • All Chotus are above the age of 18 years.
  • Last moment cancellations will be charged. In case of cancellation kindly call our customer care 4 hours prior to the booking time.
    (Please note travel charges and convenience fee of INR 200 are applicable In case of last minute cancellations)
  • Customers are responsible for their precious belongings and household items. Please check chotus before and after the job.
  • If you send Chotu for purchasing any items from the market then you are responsible for all payments.
  • No Toilet Cleaning and Clothes Washing (Kindly speak on our customer care for clarity)
  • Please Note: "Chotu" is just a name and the same is being used for branding purposes. We have no intentions to hurt anyone's sentiments. All Chotus/Helpers are above the age of 18 and they have no objection with this name.
  • Please note travel cost spent by chotu on reaching the job address will be reimbursed by the customer . This shall be communicated in advance to the booking allocation by the customer care executive . Feel free to call us in case of clarity.
  • Please note that chotus will not bring any equipment with them. Equipment will be provided by the customer.
  • Please note there will be additional Charge of INR 200 for any booking post 8pm
  • Please note the email received after booking made through website is just an acknowledgment email. Confirmation of booking will only be done through a phone call by BMC representative.
